THE ENGLISH SCHOOL

The English School was conceived as an idea in 2016 by Vasilena Stavropoulou, psychologist and special education professor. After working for a decade in schools and institutes of mental health, she came across an educational gap primarily in English language teaching, where learners had to spend nearly 8-10 years to master the language. At the same time inclusivity for special education learners was non existent and the idea became a necessity. The English School opened its doors in November 2018 and since then, its mission is to mainly inspire and broaden students' horizons, to teach them how to think critically and then lead them to successfully mastering the English language.
